1. How to choose the right color extensions?

• The color should match the middle and ends of the hair, not the root (if it's darker).
• Shoot in natural daylight (no direct sun).
• If in doubt - send us a clear photo of your hair and we will help you choose the closest colour.
• If you want a balayage effect, you can choose a tone lighter than your hair. 

2. How do I choose the right color ponytail?

• The ponytail should fit the root of the hair to look natural.
• Shoot in natural light for accurate shade selection.
• You can choose a lighter or darker tone for effect and contrast.
• If you are not sure - send us a picture and we will help you.

Care and use

3. Can they be washed?
   Yes, gentle hand washing with lukewarm water and sulfate-free shampoo is recommended. Allow them to dry naturally on a towel without strong heat.
4. How long can they be worn?
   With proper care - a long time. Maintenance includes regular combing with a coarse comb, use of hair oil/crystals and minimal heat treatment.
5. Are they for permanent placement?
   No. Our extensions are not designed for permanent placement. We recommend removing them before sleeping.
6. Are they with clips?
   Yes, the extensions have factory sewn clips - stable, high-quality and hair-friendly.
7. Can I sleep with them?
   It is not recommended - this preserves their shape and quality for longer.
8. What does „ponytail 2in1“ mean?
   The tail has two ways to attach - with a comb and with Velcro/cord for maximum stability.
9. How are the extensions put on and what comes in the kit?
   They are easily inserted with clips. The set includes:

• 7 rows of extensions with ready clips

• Length: 60 cm

• Weight: 160 g

10. Are they amenable to treatment?
    Yes, but only at low temperature (up to 150-160°C). We recommend trying on a small strand first.

Delivery and return

11. How long is the delivery?
    Usually within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays not delivered.
12. Can I open the parcel before payment?
    Yes, with Speedy's Preview Before Payment option.
13. If it's not my color, how can I get my hair back?
    You can return if:

• the product has not been used;

• the tail is not unpacked;

• labels and safety ties are intact.

14. Why can't I get my hair back if I've tried it?
    For hygiene reasons - this is a product that is worn on the head and can not be offered again.

15. What material are they made of?
    Made of high quality thermo-protein fiber that looks like natural hair.
16. Are they paintable or chemically treatable?
    No. The material is not suitable for painting. Can only heat treatment at low degrees.
17. Are they suitable for everyday use?
    Yes, but we recommend taking them off before sleep and maintaining them regularly.
18. How do I store extensions when I'm not wearing them?
    In a dry and clean place, away from the sun and heat. Each order comes with a satin storage bag.
19. Are they suitable for fine or thin hair?
    Yes, the clips are rubberized and hold steady without tearing.

 Occasions and use

20. Can I use them for a wedding or special event?
    Yes, extensions are suitable for all occasions - weddings, proms, photo shoots.
21. Are they suitable for children or minors?

They are recommended for teenagers over 14. Not suitable for young children.

22. Can I bathe in the sea or pool with my hair?
    Yes, but then washing and nourishing is a must to maintain quality.

Orders and conditions

23. Is there a limit on the number of products in an order?
    No, you can order as many as you like.
24. How do I choose the right weight?

• 120 g - for thin hair and slight extension.

• 160 g - for normal hair.

• 200 g - for thick hair or more dramatic volume.

25. Is there a hair warranty?
    Yes, there is a warranty only if proper use and maintenance conditions are met.

1. Regular combing

• Use a large comb or a special brush.

• Always comb from the ends to the top without pulling.

2. Proper washing

• Wash with lukewarm water and a mild shampoo, only along the lengths.

• Do not rub the hair, but gently run your fingers through the hair.

• Allow to dry naturally on a clean towel.

3. Feeding

• Apply a small amount of crystals or oil only along the lengths to maintain the shine.

• Do not use heavy masks or conditioners that can weigh down the hair.

4. Thermal styling

• You can curl or straighten at a low temperature - up to 160°C.

• Before heat treatment, hair must be completely clean, dry and WITHOUT ANY PRODUCTS on it (no oils, sprays, heat protectants).

• Always test the temperature on a small clump first.

5. Storage

• Keep the extensions clean, dry and well cut, in the box or pouch to keep their shape.
